Terms & Conditions — toga4d User Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the toga4d website accessible at https://toga4d.cam, including all games, betting markets, promotional services, and customer support features made available thereon.
• "We," "Us," "Our," or "toga4d" refers to the operator of the Platform.
• "You," "User," or "Player" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered personal account opened by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of funds held in a User's Account at any given time, expressed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, reload offer, or other incentive awarded by toga4d to a User subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any amount of real-money funds staked by a User on a game outcome, sports market, or lottery draw on the Platform.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and address verification process required under our compliance obligations.
• "Togel" refers to togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers-prediction lottery), a legally recognized betting category on the Platform.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the suite of player-protection features available on the Platform, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time caps, reality-check reminders, and self-exclusion.

Access to and use of the toga4d Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the Platform.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. While toga4d's primary audience is Indonesian players, it is your sole responsibility to determine whether your access to or use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or placing bets.
• You must not have been previously excluded from the Platform, whether voluntarily through self-exclusion or involuntarily through account termination by toga4d.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, consultant, or agent of toga4d, nor a close family member of any such person.

Each User may hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform at any time. The creation of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and active mobile phone number. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. toga4d will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your Account where such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain adequate security.

toga4d permits only one Account per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method. If toga4d detects multiple accounts sharing these identifiers, all accounts may be suspended pending investigation, and any bonus winnings may be voided.

toga4d is committed to operating in compliance with international anti-money-laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) standards. All Users are required to complete identity verification before withdrawing funds above Rp 1.000.000 or accessing certain premium features.

• Proof of Identity: A valid, government-issued photo ID — such as a KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk / Indonesian National Identity Card), passport, or driver's license. The document must be unaltered and show all four corners clearly.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last 90 days, confirming your residential address.
• Selfie Verification: A clear photograph of yourself holding your identity document alongside your face.

KYC submissions are reviewed by our compliance team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Standard processing time is 1 to 24 hours. You will receive notification by email or SMS once verification is complete.

toga4d reserves the right to suspend withdrawal privileges, freeze Account balances, or permanently close Accounts where a User fails to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request.

toga4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).

• Minimum deposit: Rp 25.000
• Maximum single deposit: subject to your Account tier and the limits of your selected payment method.
• Deposits are credited to your Balance in near real-time.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 3 to 15 minutes for fully verified Accounts, 24 hours a day including public holidays.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name. toga4d will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• toga4d reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals of unusually large amounts.

All Account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transaction records on the Platform are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). toga4d does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency.

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and that you are authorized to use the payment method. toga4d may request evidence of source of funds in line with its AML obligations.

toga4d offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, referral rewards, and seasonal promotions aligned with Indonesian holidays such as Idul Fitri, Nyepi, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). All bonuses are su bject to the following general conditions:

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 5x, 10x, 20x) will be clearly stated on each individual promotion page at the time the offer is made. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus.

• Welcome bonuses are available to new Users only, on their first qualifying deposit.
• Only one bonus may be active in your Account at any given time unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• toga4d reserves the right to withdraw a bonus or void any winnings derived from a bonus if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies, use of multiple accounts, or systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics.

All bonuses carry an expiry date. Any bonus funds or associated free bets that remain unused after the stated expiry date will be automatically removed from your Account Balance without prior notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

toga4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any changes will apply to bonus balances not yet subject to active wagering activity at the time of the change.

All bets and game sessions on the toga4d Platform are governed by the following general rules. Game-specific and market-specific rules are published separately within the relevant product section of the Platform.

A bet is only deemed accepted and valid once confirmed by the Platform's system and reflected in your transaction history. toga4d reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or void any wager at its discretion, including where an obvious pricing error has occurred or where a bet is suspected to be placed in bad faith.

Pre-match and live (in-play) betting markets are offered on football (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, Champions League, FIFA World Cup, and Piala AFF), badminton, basketball, MotoGP, volleyball, and e-sports (including Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, and Free Fire). Mix parlay (accumulator) bets and Asian Handicap markets are available on applicable football fixtures. Voor bola (the Indonesian term for the handicap spread applied in football betting) lines are published with each applicable match.

Togel draws on the Platform are sourced from officially published results of Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney, and Macau pools. Draw schedules are posted on the Platform and denominated in WIB (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7). toga4d bears no responsibility for any discrepancy between draw results published by the Platform and the official result source where such discrepancy arises from a delay in data transmission.

Live casino tables are operated by certified third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming and similar providers. Results from live tables are final and binding once the round has been closed by the dealer. Technical disconnections during a live game session do not void accepted bets.

All slot games on the Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG). • Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity intended to disguise the origin of funds deposited or withdrawn on the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, technical bugs, or glitches in the Platform to derive a financial advantage. Any winnings resulting from a demonstrable technical fault will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker or live casino formats.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing toga4d customer support agents or other users of the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or otherwise reproduce any part of the Platform's software, code, or content.
• Allowing a minor (any person under 21 years of age) to access or use your Account.

All content on the toga4d Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, odds data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of toga4d or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written authorization from toga4d.

Third-party game studio names (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) and their respective content remain the intellectual property of those studios. toga4d holds valid commercial licences to distribute their content on the Platform.

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by toga4d is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, toga4d collects personal data necessary for account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and customer support. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes. All personal data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard security protocols.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, toga4d's total aggregate liability to any User arising from or in connection with their use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

toga4d shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential:

• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss or corruption of data or information.
• Business interruption or loss of business opportunity.
• Any loss arising from a User's own failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
• Any loss arising from events beyond toga4d's reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, telecommunications failures, government actions, cyber-attacks, or internet service provider outages.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, toga4d will process the closure within 48 hours. Any remaining real-money Balance (after deduction of any pending bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered payment method.

toga4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Detection of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a User's bank or payment provider.
• A voluntary or involuntary self-exclusion request from the User or a third-party authority.

Upon termination of an Account by toga4d for cause, any bonus balances will be immediately forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned at toga4d's discretion after deduction of any amounts owed to toga4d, including any funds identified as proceeds of fraudulent activity.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which toga4d holds its international operating licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitral bodies specified by toga4d's licensing authority.

In the first instance, toga4d encourages Users to attempt resolution of any dispute through our customer support team. Formal complaints may be submitted in writing to our support email address. We aim to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

Nothing in this clause shall limit toga4d's right to seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property, business interests, or user data.

toga4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide reasonable notice by posting an updated version on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date, and where appropriate, by sending a notification to your registered email address.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.
